Q I’m new to your website, how do I shop online?

Q How do I find my closest stockist?

Easy, just type your postcode into our stockist search located on the bottom left of the page, call 1800 355 890 or email advice@ultraceuticals.com.au. We recommend seeing an Ultraceuticals skincare professional for a thorough skin diagnosis before purchasing and using our products. If this is not convenient for you, book an online Skype consultation with our Ultraceuticals skin expert.

Your Order

Q How much does delivery cost? 

A  We have a standard delivery charge of $10 to anywhere in Australia.

Q  My order hasn’t arrived. Where is it?

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. 

If you have waited the required delivery time and your order hasn’t arrived, please contact us on 1800 355 890 or customerservice@ultraceuticals.com.au.

Q Will I receive confirmation of my orders?

A Yes, you will receive an e-mail confirmation generated immediately upon successful order submission.  

Q Can I place an order from outside Australia?

A Yes, international shipping is charged at a flat rate of $30.

Purchasing Products

Q  What happens if a product I’ve ordered is out of stock? 

A  Ultraceuticals Customer service will contact you to advise that the product is out of stock and of an approximate date when the product will be back in stock (generally 1 - 3 days). Ultraceuticals does not offer a backordering system. Your order will only be dispatched once it has been completely fulfilled. You may wish to cancel the 'out of stock' item for a full refund therefore allowing the available items to be dispatched.

Q  What if I purchased the wrong product or am not happy with my purchase? 

A  If you have mistakenly purchased the wrong product Ultraceuticals will gladly give you a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for any opened products.

 Ultraceuticals takes care in packaging all orders securely. However, occasionally product boxes may be damaged whilst in transit. Therefore we do not offer refunds on a product if its box is damaged. Please refer to the Customer Service Policy section of this site for further information.

Q  What credit cards does Ultraceuticals accept? 

A  Ultraceuticals accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Q  What entry will show on my credit card statement? 

A  Ultraceuticals Pty Ltd is the name that is recorded on your credit card statement.

Q  Is it safe to supply my credit cards details over the internet? 

A  When purchasing from Ultraceuticals your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. Delivery

Q  How long will it take for my goods to be delivered? 

A  Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 2-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Q  What happens if I’m not home when the delivery person comes? 

A  Australia Post will leave a calling card at your address to notify you no one was home when they called. You will then need to collect the item from the post office specified. If you're not home during business hours we recommend you ship the order to your business address. 

Q  Do I need to sign for the delivery?

A  When registering and supplying address details on ultraceuticals.com please remember that someone must be available to sign for the goods. For this reason, using a business address often ensures your goods get delivered on time.
