Australian & New Zealand Orders
Delivery time is estimated at 3-7 working days depending on your location (regional addresses may have a longer delivery time than metro).
We offer free standard delivery on all Australian and New Zealand orders.
Please note: If one of the items on your order is out of stock, we will notify you within 2 business days. We will wait until all the items are in stock to dispatch your order.

Standard delivery is $30 to all locations outside of Australia and New Zealand. To check if we ship to your country, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Ultraceuticals are not responsible for custom charges and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation of certain goods. The purchaser remains responsible for all charges and fees incurred.

Ultraceuticals accepts payment by Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. The name Ultraceuticals Pty Ltd will be recorded on your credit card statement.
Track Your Order
Your order will be sent via Australia Post. When your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with a link that allows you to track your order via the Australia Post website.
We require a signature of receipt for your online order - for this reason, we recommend you ship to your business address if you are not at home during business hours
If you are not in at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave a calling card at your address, and you will then need to collect the package from a post office.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email@example.com as soon as possible. Once we have processed the order, it cannot be cancelled and will have to be processed as a return, as per our returns policy below.
It is always important to use products as directed on the label. In the unlikely case that your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction please stop using the product immediately and contact us on 1800 355 890 to speak to one of our skin therapists.
If our skin therapist identifies that the product purchased caused a skin reaction we will exchange the item for another product. Allergy returns must not be more than 20% used and must be reported within 14 days of purchase.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return your unopened goods to Ultraceuticals within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund on any goods that have been opened. Please note we cannot accept returns of Clearance items. Our Ultra CC range products are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
Guide to Returning Products
1. All items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them, so please pack up any returned items carefully to ensure that they arrive safely. Please note you will need to cover shipping charges on returned goods unless the item(s) are being returned as a result of an error on behalf of Ultraceuticals.
2. Complete our returns form and enclose with returned items. Make sure all the items you want to return are listed on the form.

5. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue your replacement or credit immediately. All return authorisation numbers are valid for 30 days.
