All prices on this website are shown in New Zealand dollars. All New Zealand orders are shipped from our New Zealand warehouse.

NEW ZEALAND ORDERS
We offer free standard delivery on all New Zealand orders. Delivery time is estimated at 3-7 working days depending on your location (regional addresses may have a longer delivery time than metro).
Due to the high value of our products, we do require a signature of receipt for your online order - for this reason, we recommend you ship to your business address if you are not at home during business hours. Please note orders are shipped from within New Zealand, so no custom charges are applicable.
Ultraceuticals accepts payment by Paypal, Visa, and Mastercard. The name Ultraceuticals Pty Ltd will be recorded on your credit card statement.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Your order will be sent via courier. You will recieve tracking details when you order is processed in the warehouse.
It is always important to use products as directed on the label. In the unlikely case that your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction please stop using the product immediately and contact us to speak to one of our skin therapists. If our skin therapist identifies that the product purchased caused a skin reaction we will exchange the item for another product. Allergy returns must not be more than 20% used and must be reported within 14 days of purchase.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
In the event that you recieve a product that is in some way defective, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange a replacement or refund. For hygiene reasons, Ultra CC Mineral Power range products are non-refundable.
Change of mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return unopened goods to Ultraceuticals within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a change of mind refund for any goods that have been opened. Please note you will need to cover shipping charges on returned goods unless the item(s) are being returned as a result of an error on behalf of Ultraceuticals.
Please note we cannot accept returns of Clearance items.
