Faulty product

In the event that you recieve a product that is in some way defective, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange a replacement or refund. 

Change of mind 

Please return your unopened goods to Ultraceuticals within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a change of mind refund for any goods that have been opened.

Guide to Returning Products

1. All items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them, so please pack up any returned items carefully to ensure that they arrive safely. Please note you will need to cover shipping charges on returned goods unless the item(s) are being returned as a result of an error on behalf of Ultraceuticals.

2. Complete our returns form and enclose with returned items. Make sure all the items you want to return are listed on the form. 

3. Post your return to:

5. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue your replacement or credit immediately.
