The below returns policy is applicable to all sales made directly via our website. For purchases made via a salon or spa, please contact them directly for assistance.
Cancellation Before Shipping
If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible. Please note that our order-processing and shipping systems are designed to get orders shipped to you quickly and efficiently. We may not be able to change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process, which may happen even before you have received a shipping confirmation. You can return products after receipt in accordance with the terms of this Returns and Refunds Policy.
In the event that you receive a product that is in some way defective, please contact our Customer Care team here to arrange a replacement or refund within 60 days of purchase.
It is always important to use products as directed on the label. In the unlikely case that your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction please stop using the product immediately and contact our Customer Care team. If we identify that the product purchased caused a skin reaction, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Allergy returns must not be more than 20% used and must be reported within 14 days of purchase.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return unopened goods to Ultraceuticals within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a change of mind refund for any goods that have been opened. Please note you will need to cover shipping charges on returned goods unless the item(s) are being returned as a result of an error on behalf of Ultraceuticals. Please note we cannot accept returns of Clearance items.
If you have purchased via our online store and have purchased a promotional product, set or pack and wish to return these unopened items, you may do so under the same terms for "Change of mind" described above.
Guide to Returning Products
1. All items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them, so please pack up any returned items carefully to ensure that they arrive safely.
2. Complete a Returns Form and enclose the form with returned items. Make sure all the items you want to return are listed on the form.

3. Once we receive your returned product(s) in accordance with this Returns and Refunds Policy, we will issue your replacement or refund. Please note it may take up to 10 additional business days for your refund to post to your payment account.
